We signed Kouassi "for Europe " and Ncham surely for same reason. Big money but neither good enough to be trusted when it matters. Midfielders all there pre Rodgers - should have gone for GK and CB. Hopefully that will be priority in next window.

Desh., I am surprised that u don't trust B R with his bench selection . Tonight was a v big game kouassi has played v little football due to illness and small injuries, Ntcham has much more game time with us.

expected to get beat home and away PSG and BM and Anderlecht would too.

expected to beat Anderlecht at home, and hoped to take a point away.

didn't expect a midfielder to be in defence. that's my only question mark, although the big guy did okay, would a good defender have done better at either goal? I don't know.

so going by my expectations, its hard to be disappointed as we have 2 more points than I expected and we are top of the league and we are in the cup final.

manage your expectations lads.

Assuming we beat anderleicht at home - would you have been happy before we kicked a ball with 6 points and el fitba in the new year.

Kouassi looks much more of a player than Nitcham. Our priorities is a cb a rb and a goalie.

Both Kouassi and Ntcham look good players and I am confident they will prove that in the future.

As already mentioned they are young and are still getting up to speed and used to Scottish football.

I think fans need to get off their backs and give them support because being constantly criticized can have an impact on confidence.

The way I see it is that Rodgers knows more about football than everyone of us and if he rates them, then that is good enough for me.
