I work in town and walked by a guy outside the marriott hotel wearing an official Man City bubble jacket over his suit. He looked south american so could be up scouting virgil van dijk

Find this very hard to believe! Guy ha sent even played a full season here and mega rich man city up scouting him? Yes he looks good but like wanyama before him, it will be a season or two before we can command any decent money for him! If man city were interested they would have scouted and bought before us!

At what point did you think that a South American must be watching a Dutch defender? Especially for a club that's owed by the Middle East ?
