His punishment was due to calling Beaton incompetent, not for saying the decision was wrong. Although if I was Celtic I would be demanding the money back for the fine at least.
Also when are the SFA going to take responsibility for these errors, the pen that Hearts got against Hibs probably cost Hibs a top 6 finish l.
How much money has that cost Hibs? And in the mean time it's carry on as usual for these officials that aren't competent enough for the job.

There's probably a few more they didn't admit to, but guaranteed it won't stop them happening again before this season is over.

If those who made the decision to spend money on VAR had thought that in the Spring of 2024 VAR is contributing to more mistakes than the referee and his assistants made before VAR was introduced. It’s not only cheating SFA that continues to have wrong decisions, but the best league in the world is still plagued with errors. With the VAR equipment not responsible for the Scottish errors, then I think that with SPL been the poor relations amongst many neighbouring leagues, I propose that VAR officials should be asked to work on a voluntary basis, until they can prove they are capable and impartial in carrying out their duties.

That was not an independent review, so it's findings are not reliable.
