The lad Octavian Popescu who was mention as a possible target for Celtic looks an excellent player, 20 year old left winger / attacking midfield player has already player over 100 games for Steaua Bucharest and has 7 full caps for Romania, his club captain Darius Olaru a 23 year old Centre / attacking midfield player with 11 caps also worth a look, both very quick, great dribbling skills and an eye for a goal ?.
