Yes it was a poor performance but end of the day we never lost and were cheated out stone wall penalty that would of changed result. End of the day we have bet them any other time this season we played and will pick ourselves up and run them off the park next tie.

Sviatchenko is too much of a liability for me. Too slow and lost count how many times he has been caught out for pace. Hope we sign CB in summer.

Not because of yesterdays result or performance, as overall Sviatchenko has been very good for us, but I've said before I'd really like to see Boyata and Jozo given a run together to develop.

Thank god for someone else who has seen that Sviatchenko is to slow for defence, yes he has good points but in todays game pace is vital. I too think he has cost us goals in big games, and that means Europe where we will face real tests.
Check my previous posts i suggested months ago moving him into midfield in place of Biton where his strength, tackling will gives us a powerful midfield and he can stide forward to provide hieght in the penalty area. I know we have bought Kouassi but he is young and raw. Why does he not get selected for his country.

erik has never convinced me that he is or was our answer to the centre half problem he always seems slow and gives fouls away in dangerous positions, boyata was much like his old self yesterday (nervy and unsure) efe wasnt any worse than these two, after biton went we didn't seem to have anyone to break up play or stem their attack.
