I did the same and am very impressed. I have a slow Internet connection (cos I live in a wee village in Gateshead) but I can still watch football, movies, TV shows etc. Still trying to work it out but still can't get operation robocop to work very often. I'll see what it's like for the match tomorrow.

{Ed007's Note - If you have a look at that link someone suggests the problem might be your filters.}

My genisis doesn't give me any streams, going to try this wookie on kodi. Usually I use showbox which is alright.

HT if your out in the sticks try dexter/daffy streams or other live tv addons in their sport sections if they have it or in the UK tv section they will have an sd or hd option. A great free app to test your connection through your phone is called ookla. If you are getting about 2mbs on the ookla test then go for sd if you are getting 4mbs+ you can give hd a go. I think robocop is hd which may have caused you the problem. Not all links are perfect on a lower bandwidth or at all. Jump between a few of the different links and you will find something.

{Ed007's Note - It won't help HT if he's out in the outback but I got that Virgin VIVID the other day and my wifi is running at about 59 mbps and my hardwired android box and PS4 are running at anywhere from 66 - 73 mbps, and that's me running a laptop, two tablets and two phones as well. If anyone's a Virgin customer get on their site and see if it's available in your area, if it's up and running it doesn't cost you anything to upgrade apart from £5.99 to get a new router delivered.}

Can't get Virgin sadly and I'm in shawlands! I've went for vodafone they have a decent deal of £10 a month for 72mbs if your an existing customer if you opt out of Netflix (haggle a bit) if you pay line rental up front for 12months it's about 13quid pm. I can't honestly recommend tho it's been a nightmare with faults in the line and I'm still not connected days after my date (bad for me but it will be OK for others) . Ookla is still a decent wee thing to do I'd say. If your unsure of your real connection speed instead of the quoted one you are sold and if an upgrade is needed . Remember any provider can legally sell any broadband as long as it is over 10% of the actual recieved.there are running battles with ofcom and other customer rep companies regarding this issue. I was previously on sky 16mbs, reading 7mbs. Faster the better and Virgin I'd agree are the best. No point buying a stream box you can't use and if you are limited due to location know what type of stream to pic (sd) . For any of you that are not tech savvy or older gen get a mate to check the best speed comparison/price site. Get the website quote etc phone up and don't budge.if you have had a contract for a while then you will be paying too much. Quote your years with a previous company,refuse set up/instalation charges and the wee guy will do it. A brass neck isn't a problem for the posters here ffs :) Get your box and enjoy

{Ed007's Note - It's Ookla I use to check it too, that VIVID is advertised at 'up to 200 mbps' but I don't know anyone who's had it over 80. Like everything else in Britain it's a bit of a rip off from what's adevertised.}

Meant to add if your a low Internet user 38mbs fiber optic will be overkill and plenty/future proof for what you need. Beware of the up sell!

Yeah Dexter is my first port of call. Haha yeah here in the outback it's a bit hit or miss. I get about 4mb so movie quality is good but football is erratic. I appreciate all the advice. Cheers.

To those who are having problems with Genesis, it is apparently not being maintained or updated anymore.
