Reports from Turkey is that Jason D is to knock back Celtic have u heard anything EDs?

I haven't seen any info on Jason sorry ED sky sports suggested this today with a reporter talking about Man City dealings today I read on a web site that reports from turkey are saying that he was going to knock back Celtic.
