Ed is it true the we are interested in Oliver Norwood? Don't know much about this lad can you shine any light on this?

{Ed007's Note - Yes we're interested in Norwood, he's a decent enough player but that's about it. I don't see it as anything to get excited about.}

Is he not a midfielder ED? Surely we're not after another one! Lol. would like to think we'd bring a striker in first! And not bloody Danny graham!

{Ed007's Note - Yeah he's a midfielder. I've not been about much the last few days so I'm just catching up with things. We've been in touch with Liverpool about Andres Widsom and Joe Gomez, it'll take a lot of work to get Wisdom on board as Rodgers broke a lot of promises he made him at Liverpool and Wisdom was rather upset with him shall we say.
There's been no movement on the move for Ola Aina so I'll assume we're still waiting on a reply from Chelsea regarding training compensation.}

I'm sure I read that Norwood created more chances than anyone in the Championship last season. Sounds like the type of player we need and the type Rodgers likes. Neat and tidy and an eye for a pass.

Keep an eye on him over the next few weeks at the euros and you will see how good a player he is. Keeps the ball well and often finds threatening passes. Energy levels are mad, the boy can run up and down all down. Look out for his delivery from set pieces as they have been key in qualification and would be a huge assett to us although he is not known for his defensive side of the game, similar in a way to nir biton.

Surely regarding the young Chelsea right back is that he can sign for us and if need be we can go to anew arbitration committee to sort out a fee. Is this right ed.

{Ed002's Note - Chelsea are very good at agreeing fees for such players and if he were to leave for Celtic I am sure matters can be agreed without the need for arbitration.}

Yeah I know Ed my point was that he doesn't need to wait for Chelsea. He can sign for us at any time.

{Ed002's Note - That is not how it works - the clubs would look to agree terms.}

I don't understand this idea of Brendan Rodgers making promises and not keeping them . In my experience as manager I made " promises" regularly and had no problems breaking them if the person whom the " promise" was made to hadnt kept his side of bargain. All promises made by manager are in a two way deal. Unless you knew both sides of the deal, it's not right to comment.
