Chelsea and Man Utd now apparently interested in Juranovic, still can't see him leaving before the world Cup but, if they get in a bidding war think we'll struggle to keep hold of him.

If he goes, which is a possibility with some of the clubs supposedly sniffing around him, I hope we go straight out and sign a new number one right back.
As good as a season ralston had I don’t see him as our number one right back.
Against better players he will struggle and even against the Sevconians, they target him as they think he’s the weakest spot in our defence .

Ralston was excellent last year, why shoundnt he be number one. Why do so many people on this site always want to do the scottish players down. You would have only three or four of the 67 team playing back then.

Ralston played 28 league games last season and scored 4 league goals and he also had 9 League assists.
A return of nearly 50% goals/ assists, league ratio.

I’m not denying he had a good season, I’m just saying I’d want better . If people on here think he’s as good as juranovic that’s their opinion. He had some great moments but his passing in some games was quite poor at times, and he struggled against kent. We will be up against better players than him in the group stages. In my opinion he’s not as good so in that respect we will be weaker if we sell juranovic .
Only my opinion though.

That's the only thing about having 2 quality players for each position. At the moment guys like Ralston, Abada, GG, Welsh, Forrest, Turnbull and Bernabei - all have to be patient and wait their chance. There's no doubt Ralston is more than capable, but JJ is the mman apparently attracting interest because he is a class act and Celtic need to keep as many players of the ilk, if we are to progress in Europe and maintain domestic dominance.

Juranovic is a fantastic player but only had One assist in the league last season and Ralston had 9 league assists.

JJ won't leave this window, Firstly he's settled and playing and with w cup coming up he won't want to risk not playing regularly at new club which will happen at MU and Chelsea. In any case not convinced they are after him. They are quoting 15 ml for Croation international on long contract, when others have went for more and hardly played a game, he's worth more than that. In reference to Ralston, he hasn't let us down when he's played but JJ is a level above in respect of managing opposing players.

JJ is a very good player, so much so he's by far the best RB and LB we have at Celtic.
Seriously, as much as like Ralston and Taylor is okay, this guy plays for Croatia, neither of them can't get a start for Scotland. ?
We stole him for £2.5M and I'd ensure he's here for another season as I believe his price will only increase after the W. C.

yes he is the first manager to leave celtic mid season - and i don't think people expect an apology, but an acknowledgement of the situation would be helpful.
