{Ed007's Note - The Financial Sustainability Regulations (FSR Regs) replaced FFP Regs in 2022 and only apply to clubs who are playing in UEFA club competitions mate. Como's owners can spend what they want but if they qualify for Europe next season (26/27) they will fall under UEFA's eye but with FSR worked out over a 3-year period they will be fine if they do.
Clubs playing in UEFA competitions can only spend 70% of their revenue on transfer fees, player & coach wages & agent fees etc.
The Pub League has it's own version of FSR they call PSR (Profit and Sustainability Rules) which are designed to ensure clubs operate within their means and maintain financial stability.}

The best thing BR can do is to hold the new bies back until they have plenty of training in their legs and becoming knowledgeable in the ways we play .
There is nothing to benefit rushing new signings and having them openly showing themselves whilst not up to fitness level or getting use to our playing systems, that can only start negative stories from those who frequent Celtic’s negative corner.

Timalloy, that’s a good bet, as over the last couple of weeks or so without any real transfer money coming through, except Frimpong’s add on, we managed to sign 5 players . It would be a disappointing surprise if the number of new players coming dried up .
We have done ok so far and hopefully we can keep up the good work, I hope we have lost the only quality that we can afford to lose.

We have no player with the range and speed of passing that Hatate has .
However Engels is very consistent and works very hard to get past the defensive midfield lines that many teams use to block us out . On their games both Engels and Hatate have the skill and intelligent football brains to unlock the most stubborn of defences .
As both plus Cal Mc Gregor will form our centre midfield, I cannot see how for the vast majority of games BR putting another player in the number 10 position as our numbers for controlling the game won’t add up . We won’t have G Taylor creating a midfielder from his full back position and unless our new number 10 plays mostly as a midfielder instead of Engels or Hatate, we won’t have a player in the 10 position at any time .
Idah will have to show that he is interested all the time and work really hard on his finishing, if he is going to be our number 1 striker, he needs nearly 30 goals this season.

Too many on here constantly looking for negative guff, brendan is an experienced manager not some novice who accepts whatever he's told can't believe fans think that, he will ask for players whether the board get them is not on him,
