I'm more of a Hatate fan than most I think. But given that he's stated he wants to play in a better league, I'm almost certain he'll be one of the ones who will help fund incoming changes. I'd want a shade more than those figures being quoted though.

Yes Mally. For me we'd go out and get a proper CDM and Miller. Bigger games, play that CDM that won't get bullied individually and will offer our defence more, move CalMac up next to Engels/ Miller/ Bernardo - whoever is firing. Throughout the rest of the season though manage CalMacs minutes and give Miller plenty of gametime, domestically he's more than ready to play for us. We'd need more than 8m to do this.

If Hatate wants to play in a better league, why does he not show more consistency with his performances while playing in Scotland, if he wants to leave hopefully Celtic will get a good transfer fee.

I'd agree with Henke ?
I can see offers coming in for a few players in the summer inc Hatate, CCV and others.
As always, the calibre of those brought in will determine how we progress but a CDM, for me, has to be on that list as well as sorting out the CB positions.

Maybe predicting the future isn't for you, Auf. Lennon Miller is 18, plays for a far inferior side but has managed to set up more goals than Hatate in less games. He's an incredibly mature and composed player for his age.

Surely most of us know by now, that at this stage of season when we are enjoying our role as champions, almost on a yearly basis, why should the SMSM and indeed some of our own Celtic blogs gloating about our players leaving for peanuts.
The more we discuss players leaving the more likely it is to happen . Celtic are in no position to loose any of our regular starters as they all do a very good job for us and even if we buy a better player for any individual position, the player whose position he is taking is probably needed as back - up,

Lennon Miller is as slow as a week in jail. Bang Average player not caring what age he is. Our high press will not suit his slow pondering. David Turnbull springs to mind. It would be a severe drop in quality losing Hatate for him.

We brought in Trusty to play beside CCV and have Scales as a good back up.

Scales has done better then expected but defensively I feel trusty is way ahead and should partner ccv going forward. Think valle has way more to his game than Taylor too and getting better and better.

WeeJoe, I don't read it in the papers, I see it with my own eyes, I know some Bhoys do clean up their mess, but it's only a small percentage, it just gives the Presbyterian press an excuse to bring out their anti-Celtic propaganda, they can't stomach our constant success.

Both the party and the orange walk are embarrassing, these parties just give us a bad name with the wreckage caused by them, celebrate it in pub's or maybe a concert or something, we all know these orange marches should be banned, the fact that they still go on in the 21st Century just shows that Scotland still doesn't welcome families of Irish origin.
