Aarron Mooy and Mathew Ryan. get it done celtic 🙏🍀.

1.) 11 Jun 2021 19:33:03
Mooy would be nothing more than a squad player. Ryan is a decent keeper though.

11 Nov 2019 11:40:00
Really hope this Bitton to Burnley rumour is just paper talk.
Especially for 1M.
He is a great player to have in the squad, versatile and has european and international experience. how do you replace that with 1M?

1.) 11 Nov 2019 14:38:42
Hope it's single fish.

2.) 11 Nov 2019 17:32:18
Agreed he got better many injuries yes? But new coaching staff etc should show him a stronger fitter way.

3.) 12 Nov 2019 21:13:46
In all honesty he’s sort of a utility player and good for slowing games down when we need it. I think he’s one of the better players in the squad and assume he will sign a new contract with the club. Seems like his family are all settled and love it here.

24 Jul 2019 10:41:12
Announce Carrol 🙌💚.

1.) 24 Jul 2019 11:13:30
aye vorderman i hope.

2.) 24 Jul 2019 11:17:36
Why he is always injured by all accounts.

3.) 24 Jul 2019 11:40:18
So he can hold Rogic's hand in the treatment room!

4.) 24 Jul 2019 17:19:01
When rogic i fit he has scored a lot of goals that helped win the treble treble without them it probably wouldn't if happened and when fit hell probably be back scoring them crackers again I can't believe the amount of people on here that want rid of him.

5.) 24 Jul 2019 17:34:20
Well said Jake 👍.

6.) 25 Jul 2019 01:14:17
Jake an on form rogic is unstoppable but he's very rarely on form or even fit.

7.) 25 Jul 2019 17:22:59
He hasn't scored a lot of goals. Look at his record. Poor number of assists too. I like the big man and when he does score its normally a belter but he doesn't offer enough for me.

02 Jun 2016 20:39:06
Come on the zlatan! 40/ 1 into 5/ 2? Someone high up knows something 🍀💃💃💃💃.

1.) 02 Jun 2016 21:51:07
Didn't they samething happen for Keane as the manager?

2.) 02 Jun 2016 22:59:54
The same thing happened with Clark Moyes Lennon Keane and lambert. It's how the bookies make money. Don't get me wrong I would be delighted if it were true and the way this has began in not ruling out anything but odds mean nothing when it comes to the truth. Some bookies have suspended betting on hibs getting Lennon but i don't think that means it's definitely him. Again though I'm not ruling it out.

3.) 02 Jun 2016 23:04:43
Or they want mugs to start putting on money on something that's never going to happen?

4.) 03 Jun 2016 11:23:16
Hes 10/ 1 to join, bookies say he has more chance of going to MLS he's off to Man U anyway, can't see board even offering £50k let alone £250k non starter I'm afraid.

5.) 03 Jun 2016 20:56:00
More like somebody is high at the bookies!

Probably more in our budget are a players in the English Championship who are out of contract. I had a nosey and listed a few i think could do a job.

Isaac Mbenza RM
Henri Landsbury CM
Nick Powell CM
Troy Deeney ST
Ashley Fletcher LRM ST
Britt Asombabalonga ST
Adam Reach LM
Alex Pritchard AM LRC
Tom Carrol CM
Joe Bennett LB
James chester RB CB
Elias Kachunga LRC ST
Andre Wisdom RB CB
Yaya Sanogo ST

Whats your thoughts?

1.) 07 Jun 2021 20:43:06
That’s a right horrible list heaven help us next year if that’s our new level of player.

2.) 08 Jun 2021 00:33:16
I mentioned Mbenza a few weeks ago looks a cracking player, Belgian u21, looks productive enough and can play on either flank. Could be a good signing to push Forrest or on the left where he scored some crackers for Montpellier cutting in on his right foot.

22 May 2021 19:17:40
Would like to see young Doig, Ferguson and Nisbet signed.

Not saying they are starters, but what a good option to bring on guys who are hungry and eager to improve.

Also, promote O'connor, O'Connel, and Hjelde.

Then at minimum sign Established CB, CF, LW, GK, RB, LB.

1.) 22 May 2021 20:28:35
The guys you mention are regulars starters for their present clubs, so why would they sign for a club as back up.

2.) 22 May 2021 21:06:47
And why look at back up players when we don't have enough players worthy of starting?
Who's to say the players we sign as starters don't end up back up players so I'd start looking at players we expect to be starters.

3.) 22 May 2021 21:06:47
And why look at back up players when we don't have enough players worthy of starting?

4.) 22 May 2021 21:47:10
You need to fill the squad Pod, that's all im suggesting.

And we could do worse than those boys.

5.) 22 May 2021 21:52:25
@oldkilly. Yeah they start for Hibs and Aberdeen.

Johnny hayes started for aberdeen, gary mckay-steven, scot allan, jack hendry etc etc.

Ofcourse they would sign.

6.) 23 May 2021 08:42:12
We've been filling the squad for years and look at it now.
We need to invest in quality not numbers.

30 Jan 2020 22:33:48
Id take Berra for free as cover.
Hearts looking to punt him this window.
Id also bring in shankland and give Utd Bayo for 18 month.

1.) 30 Jan 2020 22:45:02
Lay aff the glue, my granny would be better cover than Berra and shes dead 20 years now.

2.) 30 Jan 2020 23:02:07
Wid she aye?

3.) 30 Jan 2020 23:08:38
He commands the box, organises players round him, wins evrything in the air, has bags of experience. And would run through a brick wall for you.
Albeit a bit slower than id like but the key word here is COVER!

On the other hand tho, is your granny a pler?

4.) 30 Jan 2020 23:21:10
Berra? . That's the worst I've heard for a while like. Sit doon.

5.) 31 Jan 2020 00:03:27
I'd rather have kept Jack Hendry and that's saying something.

6.) 31 Jan 2020 06:05:00
We Berra no! Why in earth would we take a guy who can’t get a game for team bottom of the league? He is well past it.

7.) 31 Jan 2020 07:37:19
Do you think there might be a reason hearts want rid of him.

8.) 31 Jan 2020 08:14:31
Haha she was terrifying enough I'd rather take Berra a square go.

9.) 31 Jan 2020 08:54:40
Berra 😂😂😂.

10.) 31 Jan 2020 07:06:08
I agree Jungle that we need a CH. I think Berra's pace would be to much of an issue for me, playing in a 3. I'm not sure he would cover the ground quickly enough getting across to cover long balls into the corners. Good shout though and I will be disappointed if that area isn't strengthened before the days out.

11.) 31 Jan 2020 09:11:07
Is that how desperate some celtic fans are getting.
I'd rather play with 10 men than Berra. Would give him a game up the five a sides.

12.) 31 Jan 2020 09:29:12
Haha Kev spot on, Berra in his prime wouldn't of been good enough for Celtic never mind a Berra that's past it!

13.) 31 Jan 2020 15:03:26
Aye just give him a wide berrath 😂.

02 Sep 2019 14:22:57
Wonder if aberdeen have the ambition to take sinclair on loan?
Obv couldn't play against us.
But surley give the currant buns a hard time😜.

23 Aug 2019 18:45:25
Get Henrik on The coaching staff.

1.) 23 Aug 2019 20:09:42
Ye great idea. Get a guy that's failed at every coaching job on our coaching staff.

2.) 23 Aug 2019 20:49:47
Damien’s duff has hardly had a glittering coaching career And he’s got the job.

3.) 23 Aug 2019 21:15:39
Two wrongs don't make a right.

4.) 23 Aug 2019 21:31:57
PJF, the difference is Duff hasn't failed. Its his first attempt but Henke has been a serial failure on the coaching front. HH.

5.) 23 Aug 2019 22:06:31
Did henrik not have either a manager or head coach position in his previous stints as a member of coaching staff? I’ve yet to hear of a youth coach getting the bullet for poor performances on the pitch. Always the top job - under all the scrutiny. I’d take Henrik as a coach over duff any day but I don’t think he would take the huge drop in stature to do it. He failed as a manager/ head coach - that’s doesn't mean he’s finished. I’d extend him the same type of appointment Celtic afforded Kennedy - he is there because celtic want him there regardless of how bad he is - he might be doing the business now (maybe? ) but he used to be a donkey. Henrik would be a great addition to the staff.

6.) 24 Aug 2019 00:14:15
Can't agree with the people clamouring for Henrik, takes a certain type of person to be a coach, don't think Henrik's got the right personality, he is a perfectionist, someone who hates failure, don't think he could nurse and develop a blossoming talent without getting frustrated at what he sees as a lack of progress, but hey ho, maybe I am wrong.

7.) 24 Aug 2019 07:23:12
Are you saying Kennedy was a donkey, the man had great potential as a player and was robbed of career.
From what ed has stated (I think) in previous posts is that JK has done very well as a coach and is in his position on merit.
I don’t think he’s there as a sympathy vote.
I’d sooner have henrick on the bench!

8.) 24 Aug 2019 08:39:02
Pj23 what a load of rubbish.
Kennedy went to the youths and worked his way up to were he is and by all accounts of people that have been coached by him he's a right good coach.
Duff was also highly thought of in coaching circles, though promoted quicker than he probably thought.

Larrson was a god on the park but he's a failure on the training field.

Also people coming out with he'd be a big inspiration to the squad?
Funny that because he's as big at helsingborgh as he is at parkhead and didn't inspire them to great things.

This jobs for the bhoys carry on went out with Whites and it should stay buried.

9.) 24 Aug 2019 20:21:56
The question that baffles me is why return to a club where the fans ran onto pitch and attacked your son? (Jordan Larsson)

10.) 24 Aug 2019 20:22:19
Kennedy has been preparing for his role for years, and i've not heard anyone from celtic say a bad word of the guy, larsson has not been a success in any coaching role so far, there's no comparison in coaching terms. I love the guy but I just don't see why he should get a role at Celtic until he proves himself in a coaching capacity.

11.) 24 Aug 2019 20:26:30
I like the idea of Larsson taking a couple of training sessions with the strikers. I'm sure he done it before a gd few years ago and the next couple of games after it we were banging the goals in.

If he's been released then that is exactly what you expect from this Joke of a board.
I disagree with many of you on Ntcham. The boy is a player full stop.
On his day he's the best player in the league by a country mile.
If any of you have played the game at any level you would know how dejected someone can feel being hooked or left on the bench for a managers Favourite (regardless how P$%H they have been.
His first touch, vision and passing is better than anyone in our squad (possible bar Rogic)
No wonder the boy threw his dummy out, fed up getting over looked for absolute dross.
A good manager sees the boys character, puts an arm round him and gives him the platform an confidence to show what he's all about.

My midfield 3 would have been Soro Ntcham Tunbull.

Great post KP67, id go for clyne bertrand and ryan.

I like to see a bit of research and optimism on possible future signing and its the main reason i come on here.

. Ill be shocked if we don't take advantage of the frees available this window, given the Quality that's available.
