Surely Surely Celtic have all but sealed a deal for a new striker BEFORE Kyogo leaves officially? Surely the club can't be that stupid to not have a new Striker sorted? IF they haven't and don't bring in someone that Rodgers hasn't agreed to I think he will leave and I couldn't blame him if he does.

We want / need better than kyogo not a project or a 'he had a great season years ago type'

Probably use Maeda as striker if the Jota rumours are true.

This is utter shambolic to say the least, those with the figures in their heads how much would we earn if sau we beat villa and win say a knock out tie? Because without kyogo it's like pissing any chance of progression in the wind, how can players just rock up at celtic and be ready to play our system and gel with the players so quick? I think this is crazy, what's your thoughts?

I don't mind it at all, it's time to freshen things up. I'd be delighted with Jota, Maeda/ Idah and Kuhn up front. Who knows BR may well bring in another striker.

I very much doubt that we will be signing a player at the top of his form who is playing for a decent club in a decent league . That type of player is very difficult to sign, as his club probably want him to stay and he would be expecting a lot higher wage than we usually pay.
