Is it just me or do we take an age to get signings over the line? I mean Kasper is a free agent so only him and his reps to deal with. Idah and Bernardo we had last year so know all about them (so no due diligence required) , know their wage requirements and pretty much what their clubs want. With the team heading off to USA in a few days it seems negligent not getting at least 2 of them on board for the trip. Go on board, make me eat humble pie.

If there are no other offers or interest, you would think it would be very straight forward in those three cases. Celtic have a history of prolonging negotiations and haggling apart from maybe when the Tottenham manager arrived and business seemed to be swift and prompt.

Has the guy not to have a holday after his participation in the Euros?

He was due to have a medical in Rome today but the people conducting the medical changed it to tomorrow so I don't see how Celtic can do anymore here?

Kasper is having his medical tomorrow or Wednesday so will probably be announced after that.

KS sounds all but done, but he deserves a wee holiday surely. Thankfully there's another 'keeper on the way in that sounds like it's basically done. Bernardo is on his way and I'd expect Idah to at least meet up with the squad in the States.
