Lawell saying that they tried to bring in the targets but were unavailable. WHY not target players that WERE available? And why is it Lawell saying it and not our CEO? To me it stinks but that's just my opinion.

So if the targets weren’t available they aren’t really targets, are they, they are enquiries and you move on. Same Shiite excuses every time. If we couldn’t find anyone better than we have with the vast number of players out there, then clearly we are looking in the wrong ………or just not looking.

The thing is, the winter transfer planning should start as soon as summer window closes.

A competent recruitment team would have the players identified and the CEO would have done all the inquiries and sounded the player/ club out. They should have known if the transfer was a goer before window opened. If not you move on to next target.
