I done mine at 200oC for 20 minutes. just keep checking it regularly but don't open the door or it may not rise.

If you are really concerned can cover with tin foil.

Maris pipers, peeled, parboiled, dried, bashed, coated in flour, then coated in hot oil, seasoned and roasted for 45 minutes at 200oC, turning every 15 minutes. ?.
