At least this time around, Brendan will have his first league match at Celtic Park to raise the
"Champions Of Scotland" League flag.

In 2016,
The Champions of Scotland, were forced to play our first league match of the season at Tynecastle.
It was to allow Sevco to raise their Championship flag at Ibrox, in a 1-1 home draw against Hamilton.

Every lower league flag was raised at Ibrox on the opening day of the season.

The Premiership started on a different weekend in 2013,to allow Sevco to raise there League Two flag on the opening league match of that season.

But In 2014,
Celtic Park was out of bounds due to the Commonwealth games and our first league match was played at St. Johnstone in a midweek fixture.
That allowed Sevco to lose at home to Hearts that weekend, when they raised their League One flag.
