No excuses.
The team that wanted it more, won.
Celtic never got near them in the 2nd half of extra time, which was surprising considering we had 8 days rest before the match.
Celtic looked comfortable in the second half of normal time but the CCV miss has came back to bite us.

Very flat, thought we were coming on to a game in second half but too many off the pace, they were first to every ball and they deserved win, Ross County and 3 points, don’t want to criticise Madden, but he’s corrupt to the core.

1st half we were pony. Overall decision making/ final product was infuriating. Passing was slack and rather than passing around them it dragged us into physical battles we weren't going to win. Short corners need to end now. Disappointing but we brush ourselves down and make sure we're good to go for the big one.

With every Celtic attack since the Hearts game under heavy scrutiny I thought Bassey was offside when putting the ball in that led to their 2nd. We only got the one look at it unsurprisingly.

Buzz

Bang on. The hungrier and best team on the day won. Reality check time. They were the better team in the second half at Parkhead too albeit the game was done at half time and we hung on to beat them at Ibrox. Their European results have been excellent. I’d rather lose to them today than in the league and it might just work in our favour. It’s not about them though it’s about us and what we do. We missed GG big time and Kyogo obviously isn’t quite there yet. But the biggest failing for me was midfield again which has been glaring all season. We were having this conversation this time last year. Recruitment has been phenomenal but we don’t currently have the player at the club that we needed today but still surprised Ange didn’t bring on Gucci or McCarthy to tighten things up. We’re too easily bullied and can’t mix it. That being said Madden was an absolute disgrace as has been the lack of protection afforded Celtic players for a long time leading up to 9 in a row. Some of their challenges today were horrendous.

The talk of trebles was premature. Nothing is won. After last shambles of season the strategy should be say nothing and do our talking on the park. One game at a time.

Clutching at straws here I think.

Can't argue with that Buzz; but still sick to my stomach with much of what I saw today. We did not have enough players able for a semi final battle, especially in the midfield where we were outmuscled and our play was all-too-easily snuffed out. We really missed GG, for his sheer presence and link-up play and it really showed how much we rely on our front men for our style of play and Kyogo still needs games. However, we made enough chances, but wrong decisions, slack passes and a lack of composure added to the misery. Although it's a very sore one serenaded with their limited repertoire of sectarian songs, it's one defeat in a very long time and it needs to act as a spur and not a severe set-back.

OAB

They shouldn’t be allowed in Celtic Park for last game they bring nothing to the party other than anti-Catholic bile and wrecked cludgies. If authorities complain tell them they can get in when they can give an assurance that our players and backroom staff will be safe. See ye in court. They are absolute Neanderthal’’s. Their faces should be blurred when the camera zooms into crowd. I thought that was law for disturbing images. Scotland’s shame.
