I know there are other decisions to be made in picking the team but we can't risk CCV and JJ for next 3 league games, and we need to see what GG, O'Riely and Guchi can do as we may well need them.

Still fancy Abada to play through the middle in the 3 league games. Keeps the team playing the same way.

I'd like to see Giakoumakis start. I thought it a strange signing after 1 good season but there have been glimpses of a decent player in him and we need to find out if he's going to be good enough.

The priority is the League and with only one recognised striker available in the coming weeks, personally I wouldn't risk Giorgious nevermind on a plastic pitch.

It will likely be a totally different team for tonight. But I'd rest Calmac too. Would like to see a midfield 3 of O'Riley, Hatate and Guchi with GG starting up top.

Pedro, Giorgious has hardly kicked a ball and needs game time. We still don't know if he's even good enough.
I know plastic pitches aren't ideal but it's not like every player comes off injured. I'd still like to see him start, but it's all about opinions and I respect yours is different from mine. We'll find out later what Ange's thinks is best.

I agree with Pedro, we can’t risk Giakoumakis before the Hearts game.
He does need the game time but we can’t take that chance after what happened with Kyogo against Betis.
It was needless and Celtic are still paying the price.

Agree with that Pod1, always. As a result of the call ups for the Japan national team we only have Giorgious to play upfront.

He needs game time, no doubt about that, but at the same time if he ends up injured prior to the Heart's and Sevco game the league could be over before Kyogo and Maeda arrive at the check in desk for the flight back.

As you rightly say, it's Anges job to make these calls- that's what he gets paid for.

Buzz, the incident with Kyogo is different. He wasn't 100% and shouldn't have started. Giakoumakis is over his injury and needs to get his fitness level up. I wouldn't like to pitch him in against Hearts without any game time.
