The Green Brigade will remain silent for the first 30 minutes of the game tomorrow in protest about the potential hiring of Bernard Higgins in a security role.
Higgins was high up in Police Scotland and he was previously involved in the intimidation of Celtic fans.

The Green Brigade deserve great credit for bringing this to our attention, and in organizing a number of recognized supporters groups to protest at this proposed scandal.
It is a disgrace that members of our board are supporting this appointment. A man who has persecuted 100’s of our support base, developed and implemented policy that was directly aimed against our fans. It’s unthinkable that this establishment figure should even be associated with this great club. These old school Tories should be gone from us.

It's a terrible descion from the board. He hates Celtic fans and made many supporters lifes a misery with dawn raids, false arrests, intimidation etc. This Board are alienating the fans more and more! Ange has brought a feel good factor back to the club whilst the board seem intent on ripping it apart. We need a clear out at the top level and bring/ vote in new board members who have Celtic at heart and a modern outlook going forward with fan communication and transparency. If only it was that simple. Torys and capitalists on the board make a mockery of our clubs values.

The last thing we need is disruption and distractions when we are busy repairing the catastrophic damage of last season. However, the decision makers at top level are continually damaging and sabotaging our club from within, while continually failing to defend us from blatant hinderances and hurdles; now even embracing an obvious enemy.
