Would anyone want duffy back? Seems we got him at his lowest, surely he would come back with a point to prove. he's form so far this season has been great. Would like celtic to try and get bazunu think he will be a great keeper.

Duffy back? You have got to be joking.

Without being too cheeky, Duffy is one of the worst players I’ve seen play for Celtic.

We've no chance of getting Bazunu unfortunately, definitely not on a permanent deal anyway.

With Jullien missing so many games since he arrived and possibly even more, we really need a decent. reliable centre-half that is better than Starfelt, but I don't see a return for Duffy on the cards.

If you were Duffy would u want to come back after the time he had up here. No chance and especially with the fact he is playing so well for Brighton why would he. Its one of those things that didn't work out unfortunately. Time to move on.

I haven't heard her lately but she is a lovely Welsh songstress who won a Grammy in 2009.

Duffy for me just doesn't suit a team that is meant to dominate the ball. He is a backs to the wall defender imo.

No to bringing Duffy back, he just isn't mobile enough.

Guys

Look into Duffy’s situation when he joined us. He had just lost his old man that he loved and who used to take him to games at Parkhead. How many Celtic players can say that? Watch Charlie and the Bhoys singing a wee boys dream. It must have been Duffy’s dream. Maybe looking up at his old mans seat was too much for him or maybe it was the C.V.1690. Or maybe it was just the wrong time. He loves the Celtic. Leave the cheap shots to them on the other side of the Clyde.

Hope everyone is safe and well, and ready for weekend. Just on Duffy, as JFP1888 said, he was suffering a major bereavement and was isolating alone in-between training and games. His head must have been all over the place. Throw on the pressure of our 10 season and it's no wonder he couldn't cope. Plus that just with the info we know. It opens up a wider issue for me on what the club does to provide mental health support for the players. I know other clubs had a clinical or counselling psychologist touching base with players and families. I don't think we bothered. Wonder if that would have helped Lennon with motivating them when they returned?
