Thought we were fantastic last night, a game we would probably have lost 6 months ago. Kyogo works his socks off and that defending from the front is a big factor. Noticed a drop off when we made subs, a bit like Hearts game. Eddy started ok but then wandered about not closing down. Fastest he moved was at full time, straight down the tunnel. All the others stayed to thank the fans and enjoy the occasion, why not you Eddy? He must be moved on.

Celtic would’ve lost that game 4 weeks ago because AZ are a much better team than Midtjylland.
It just shows how far Celtic have come in a short space of time and long may it continue.

Eddy doesn't want to be here and good riddance if he isn't going to sign a new contract then Kyogo should be our starting CF until we get someone he can rotate with to stop him getting burned out remember he has played about 20 games for Kobe.

Eddie's Ego has taken a dunt, he is no longer first choice striker, If he had a bit of time to think about how feckin lazy he is he would see only he can do something about it, if he cannot motivate himself to give a lot more effort, then he might not get the move he wants, Eddie has scored a lot of good goals for Celtic, improve your attitude and effort and it could benefit Celtic and himself.

I never seen that when I watched Eddie come on I seen him closing down people and had 2 saved and 1 cleared of the line. To me he looked up for it. I think he was dying to score. Although I'd had a few beers so could be mistaken.

Eddy doesn't do the work the way Kyogo does and half the time he doesn't look interested his head has def been turned and it looks to me like he doesn't t want to get injured.

Myles I agree with you. Eddy didn't get a lot of service in the last 15-20 mins. But he was fighting for the chances he did get. The last few minutes chances that were cleared off the line. Eddy was throwing his head and anything he could to try score. I think Kyogo and the attitude of others has effected him. Take into consideration he he may not have got the offers he was expecting this summer, having had better options last season. He may be upping his game for a sale.

If we don't sell Eddy for the 15 million we hoped for then I'd hope over the next year he gives it everything so he gets a decent offer. Yes we lose out on money but he could be a player to help win the league and keep us in the Europa League if he is performing to his best. It's a win win either way.

We should sell Eddy for the 9 mill we paid for him and add a big sell on percentage if we don't make any profit from the sale then PSG get hee-haw ( if its 40% of any profit they are entitled to) then hopefully make a profit from him getting sold on.
