Who ever the next new manager is, we the supporters need to get behind him from the start. Even if is not the manager we want. The fans and club need to be as one next season.

A factor of NL's failed tenure was the absence of supporters to get behind the team, encourage, inspire and even criticize when a lot of the players were clearly out of sorts, struggling or distracted.
I think the support are desperate to get this season out their system and get back inside Paradise to release a lot of the tension, sadness and frustrations of these long months past and whoever gets the job will receive a very warm welcome and vocal backing.

OAB2 the fans definitely would of made a difference and certain players wouldn't of had attitude they had this season.

Hopefully new manager is announced soon.

Onceabhoy. Neil Lennons failure came about because he changed Rodgers winning formula. If its not broken, DON'T FIX IT.

The only way that will happen is if the board appoint someone for us to get behind.

If they appoint Kennedy, I can guarantee there will be a backlash from the fans.

Just remember how people felt when we appointed Lennon full time after winning the treble treble. Now magnify that feeling and you will get close to how a lot of fans will feel if Kennedy or somebody rubbish is appointed because at least there was some positive on the day they gave Lennon the job.

Aussie Ray I was well aware of NL's failings and that's why I said it was a factor and not the cause.
