Rich T for me from your list number one priority is the manager away on Monday for his own sake and the clubs no more press conferences. After that we need a centre half. Then Ntcham away no loan deal if somebody takes him they keep him. Christie I’m not overly fussed he’s a good utility player but if his heart isn’t in it he can go for me. Not sure a right back is a priority Ajer can play there. Not over fussed about a winger as hoping James Forrest isn’t far away from a return plus we’ve got other options.

Our three goalkeepers have hardly made a save between them all season (and I'm not including the shoot-out in the Cup final) .
Duffy and Bitton are ineffective to put it mildly and the moral, desire and confidence within the club has not been lower for years - not helped by severely negative attitudes and zero team spirit.
Very few of the players are anywhere near top form and when was the last time any substitutions actually made an ounce of difference or have left us scratching our heads in bewilderment?
Second spot is far from a gimme if we continue down this road, so unless drastic action is taken very soon, IMO it will take more than a couple of loan signings to turn this around?

Worryingly, NL seems assured of his place; going by his interviews and PL - although winding down - will also probably be miffed at criticism aimed at him (DD and NL) and may just be treading water?
The general consensus seemed to support NL staying until the summer, but manager/ player relations seem to have deteriorated?
Any change or re-shuffle must not be a panic move as it could have damaging repercussions for next season as well and as most of us said after the Dubai trip that compounded the problems of this whole, crazy season:- The whole 'window' should have been used to off-load and re-build in preparation for next term, but hey-ho.
DD stepped in after the last 'crisis' under RD and maybe more of the same needs to be done before it gets any worse?

JFP I’ve given up hoping he’ll be away tonight, tomorrow, next week. complete shambles of a club right now. They’re getting away with Murder as they really don’t have anyone to answer to.

I would like a right back in don't think Ajer is the answer he's had a few poor games there now.
