i don't understand people saying we have allowed rangers to get strong how can we allow them to get strong.

there is nothing wee can do to stop them spending and improving. since they were formed there are running at a loss of 80 mill pounds that says it all. if a club in the Scottish league spend that amount of money there are obv going to challenge. how its being allowed by the people who run Scottish football is were the blame lays.


and for recruitment once the transfer window was closed every fan was happy with the recruitment now some signings don't look to have worked out fans are not happy with recruitment saying those players should not have been signed in the first place after they praised the window we had in the summer. it happens players sign it works out or it does not.

is there any signing that fans were not happy with when the window closed plus we kept all our players and never sold. shane duffy has not worked out but a bet every fan would have been outraged had the board refused to pay the loan fee and his wages and we would be hearing just now that its the boards fault for not getting the duffy deal done as he is no nonsense and would have sorted the defence out everything we all thought he was going to do. is there any fan here who did not want duffy be honest and is there fans here who would have been radgein had the board not pushed the boat out and got the signing overline who is now slating duffy saying he should never have been signed in the first place. all the other signings came in we were all buzzing saying great signings. as for the league i am looking at it as 10 points and still to play the sevies twice after yesterday we showed we run over the top of them when we do what we do there not that great they just had a brilliant goal keeper yesterday and a bit of luck with a sending off. keep the faith. we have found our formation and the best players for it now we will get going.

UI, I was one who wanted Duffy signed but I hadn't seen him play for ages and question if any of our coaches had either. If they did then we have to question their judgement, same with Barkas and Ajeti. We are fans and expect them to know their jobs but bottom line is our big summer signings have by and large been pretty expensive flops. Had we signed a decent CH he would have played yesterday rather than Bitton and that alone might have been the difference. All if buts and maybees but no doubting we are woefully short at centre of defence.

I think we were hungrier than them but they had no Jack or Arfield in midfield they are 1st team starters every game and especially in games V us.
Yes we dominated 1st half by stopping them play and created 2 or 3 chances but their GK has only made 1 great save the others I would expect even Barkas to make.
2nd half was much more even before sending off I think too many are thinking we were in control until then I disagree we were by far better side in 1st half but didn’t take our chances when on top.
Their coaching team knew how to tweak their formation and get back into game in 2nd half whereas ours took off Striker and attacking midfield players when we needed at least 1 goal.
I don’t think we will run all over the top of them next time we were just hungrier because we knew we badly needed a result whereas they looked tired and not as hungry to win yet still did.
I will wait until end of this month to see if Sevco can negotiate trips to Pittodrie, Easter Road and Fir Park before conceding title just yet but I do worry about our trip to rejuvenated Livvy away tbh.
Positive performance yesterday no doubt but I’d rather of played rubbish and nicked the points like they done.

I will never give up hope that we can win the league although it will be an uphill struggle. We need a Clear out from Board to Management and the squad. What we will get is Lennon trudging on till the start of March then its season ticket renewal time! . Fantasy football manager players will be the guff peddled out so just pay up and shut up and fall back in line. We need a fresh forward plann coming from a Director of Football backed by a new Board that aren't all about spreadsheets and their egos.

I think one big question the board is sure to ask at their meeting is do we try to improve or make changes in the side this window? or do we wait until Summer? IF we are thinking of replacing the manager then and not now A lot of players names are getting mentioned but I don't think the board will bring in anyone unless they are keeping Lennon or replacing him now So I think the transfer window will indicate if Lennon will be staying or not.

UI I wasn't overwhelmed with the signings.

Barkas I only seen when he played against us he was okay then. I based my early opinion on a Greek international. I'd of hope the scouting team and done their job.

Duffy, I never rated I hope the mention of a no nonsense defender was what was going to follow, that was a lie. His international experience ment Fek all. Mainly because I don't rate the ROI squad that highly, and I certainly don't rate a sub/ reserve player of Brighton highly. Again would of hoped the scouting team done their job.

Ajeti I honestly didn't know. I was hoping like most fans the money that was spent would of been of value. But again why is celtic football club who want to be a regular CL team going for their second option in a Westham reject.

Laxalt again never heard much of, he was ac Milan sub/ reserve which is naturally not a bad thing. But at same point hoped that the scouting team had done their job. I think he's been a half decent wingback just needs to work on strengthens the defensive side of his game.

So in short our recruitment was ifs and buts. Barkas wasn't our first choice, Duffy is duff (loan) , laxalt isn't the finished article we are working on him for what ac Milan to sell to someone else (loan) , moi blows hot and cold again Southampton reject isn't worth £15mill but isn't a bad squad player (loan) , turnbull decent signing which we all knew he had serious potential to be, ajeti looks overweight slow and from the occasional game he has an attitude which to me he rates himself higher than he is, he again was our 2nd choice. One bad signing is allowed but only 1 truly decent signing says it all from the recruitment team.

That's my honest opinion. This should of been avoided with less of a gamble on our 2nd choice players.
