My friends Enrico only thinking of ways to help current situation so he doesn't want lambasted for thinking.

Could we try and get Martin O'Neill back in as some sort of director of football to help Lennon out?

How about asking Big Johan Mjallby back into the coaching team maybe help out with coaching for the defenders?

I don't know my friends I am just starting to worry you know?

Enrico does not see Lenny walking away abs unless Dermot has an idea of replacing him with good quality manager we might lose more ground.

Sorry Enrico but I disagree

For a start a manager with the experience Lennon has, should at this stage in his career not need a father figure to hold his hand and pick tactics for him.

Martin O'Neil? No way! He has not done anything of note since Aston Villa.

Johan Mjalby? I think you are trying to relive nostalgia and its not way forward. We need a total overhaul and fresh ideas.

I'm not trying to be over critical mate.

It was just a thought my friend. I am like you I want this addressed as quickly as possible but do not know what the best option would be to get things back on track.

The club must take whatever action necessary to get the team back performing again.

While I agree we need total shake up I don't think that can be done mis season unless we are accepting league is over.
Safe steady pair of hands, organise defence, revitalise dressing room and push on for rest of season.
Line up long term man with his own coaching team to come in for summer and see over a massive revamp of the squad.

hope lennon is replaced but i've no idea who we can get at this stage, i fear lennon will see out the season and then call it a day and pl replaces him with kennedy and brown becomes a coach.

If derby are close to appointing rafa dd should be trying to get him in.
