Celtic have published our audited accounts today.
Surprisingly they are not as bad as I feared.
I think from what I read they broke even to June 2020.
The KT sale was £24 million but we also paid £20 million on new players.
The Celtic supporters definitely stood up when it was most needed with record season ticket sales.
Maybe that’s something the players should copy when they take to the field.

If we’re just breaking even-who’s funding the liquidated loyal?

JFP . does it mater? Someone who wants to stop the 10? .

The players should be reminded that we are PAYING and GENERATING record levels of revenue for their benefit

No cold Turkey for our very wealthy " stars "

The wantaway players should be chased away but of course we probably can't as they are " assets " even when they aren't committed

terrible state of affairs.

We went from 11mill profit to 100.000 grand but not surprising in these times.

Laxalt looked like the only player that gives 100%.

Lubomir. I think we should be looking at why our players are wanting away. I know that obviously there is a lot of money to be made elsewhere but that is the case at most clubs and there doesn't seem to be as much unrest.
Over at Sevco Ryan Kent was linked with a big money move to Leeds, it never materialised but he seems to be just getting on with it and doesn't appear to be too unsettled.
Our players don't look to me as if they are enjoying their football, even the manager just sits there when we score a goal, the last time he was in charge he used to run up and down the line and show some passion.
Whatever or whoever is causing trouble behind the scenes need to be sorted out, there needs to be some confidence and belief instilled in the team.

Cant disagree gerry

I hope that there is enough food players who want to stay and want to play

Equally, players that want to go, may well yet up their game and be convinced ( by lennon, coaches and lawell) that there exit will arrive a little quicker if they can push on again. a quid pro quo . that's the hope gerry

You are right though, over govan way they are more settled but I think that's because their team has very few players who think the club they play for is beneath them.

I don't quite know the answer to that.

Griff must start pud the wee man gives a hundred percent every time. I think it’s unfair on Mgregor to say that wee man runs himself into the ground . Ajer needs to start driving at teams More as they don’t know what to do when he does .
