I'm prepared for the backlash, l think we have some really good players at the club, l know this may not be popular but l have recently wondered where we would be if our board had taken a punt on a young manager. Maybe even slippy?

I honestly think we would be more solid and a real threat going forward no matter the opposition. When you see how he has them playing a system that works, just a thought in light of recent performances. Last minute goals poor performances have just papered over the cracks, we have issues in the background me thinks.

3-5-2 doesn't work against them. The way to beat 4-3-3 winger tactics is 4-4-2 playing through the middle and suffocating wings. Brown and McGregor playing in centre would not work, Soro would alongside McGregor. He is a box to box CM and from what I've seen on YouTube I can't understand why he is not getting a chance.

Nothing will change though while Lennon is at helm. No wonder so many youth players have either left or want to go whilst he is in charge. They obviously can't see a way into team, yet Welsh played due to injury and I personally think he was one of the better performers on the day.

Team needs major clear out starting with manager and some players such as Ajer and Ntcham. Brown will need to settle for sub bench, we need something different in middle of park and I think soro is the man.

I think soro would have been a good shout on sat he looks like a little buzz bomb of a player who would inject some urgency.

It’s one of the many things Lennon does that infuriates me, he plays his favourites regardless

Brown is done - he was a great leader and still can be in a coaching role

Ntcham has quality but rarely ever displays it now

Forrest has got away with murder, when he had competition he was on fire but he’s gone back to his old ways

Other players are victims of being played out of position to accommodate others and that is wrong - starting on Thursday is like to see a formation and team picked and having it stuck with unless suspension and injury's state otherwise

We have a good squad of players but we have a manager who still doesn't know his first starting 11 and what's the best system to play. I've heard all the fallout read all the sack the manager and board. It's always a sore one when we lose but at the weekend that was one of the worst Derby games I've saw. We will see the players reaction over the next few games. Keep the Faith we will come good win a quadruple treble,10 in a row and a quintuple treble all in 1 season.
