Hi all. Seen that most people were not happy with the first half performance. A lot saying County were the better team. How was the 2nd half? Was there an improvement and if so, what/ who improved us? Missed opportunity to watch as was working ☹️ good result in the end though.

We struggled with the formation in the first half and we were getting caught out with the diagonal ball.
Ross County targeted our left side with Ajer and Forrest not knowing whether to stick or twist.
I’ve never been a fan of a midfield 3 of Brown, McGregor and Ntcham.
It didn’t help today with Ntcham having such a poor game.
After not wanting Brown in the starting lineup, I’m glad he played today.
I thought Brown was our best player in the first 60 minutes when we weren’t at our best. I think we would’ve struggled more if Brown wasn’t there.
The second half was a big improvement without Celtic being brilliant.
Ross County sat deeper which made it easier for Celtic.
I’m glad we played the 3-5-2 but I feel we need to work on the formation.
The players looked lost at times but continuity will help in the long run.
Celtic will always give chances at the back playing this system but we will also score loads of goals.
It is certainly a good game to watch when Celtic play this formation and I felt today it could easily have been 8-3 to Celtic.

On a different day, we may have been punished for not closing down and competing better when they brought out several good saves from Barkas and caused us problems with a cross or two.
However our two shots - two goals were the difference at HT.
In the second half - just like the Motherwell match, we were outstanding and could have scored a few more.
The manager is also making better use and timing of substitutions and there were not too many complaints at the final whistle about the result, or the manner of how it was achieved. Well played Celts.

If we play the better teams with 3 at the back, duffy has to play centre and we need better wingbacks.
Forrest is never a wingback.

Agreed Jungle John, Barkas made at least 4 very good saves and for me MOTM, 2 or 3 shots off the post and Julien looked nervy? Happy with the goals and result but against a better side it could've been a different story. Anywhoo, it's 3 points, 5 in the goals column and a clean sheet - we move forward. On today's performance, Forrest needs competition and soon.

So Lenny did what u all wanted put two upfront and u r still moaning. What did u exspoect. Brown did nothing that's why the Ross county bits where to quick for him. We frimpong was getting destroyed on his side not one player was helping him.

Brown is a top player, I do agree he’s past his best but when we need a leader he’s the one I want on there leading.

Given that Lenny has been in charge for the best part of a year and Broonie saying that during the international break that the team has been working on new formations would tell me that they have only been working on ONE formation the duration that Lenny has been in charge that to me backs up all that have a dig at Lenny only had one formation that the team played and could not change it as a game predicts Is that a good manager?

We have played 4 league games hardly played in 5 weeks we win 5-0 and some of you are dissecting our performance? Get a grip we played well goals from all over the park you watch the tourist leagues champs game against the new boys from the championship? Apparently full of world beaters epl champs and previous champions league winners and they were the most incompetent shower I’ve seen in years defences certainly weren’t on top? I remember the macari days of Wayne Biggins! Have a look at yer selves we have a vastly superior squad and nobody over a whole season can or will keep up with us! So dry out yer pish stsined knickers and cheer on Neil broony and the boys 🍀🏆🏆🏆.
