26 feb2019 neil replaced the rat rodgers as manager. an the orcs were rejoicing, claiming it was THERE best signing of the year. karma is a bast***. lol.

I'll be the first to admit I wasn't over the moon with Lennon's appointment and I criticised him on here many times earlier in the season especially after the Cluj fiasco. But hands up I admit I was wrong in my judgement of Lennon. He has matured as a manager and it was his change of tactics after the winter break that won us the title. I have no doubt he will win 10 in a row and once does, the managers job will be his to keep👍.

I always find it hard to understand, how anyone with no qualifications or experience in a job can see fit to fault highly experienced and professional people in their field.

To be fair that is something that the rat wouldn't do. He was far too rigid with his 4-2-3-1 and refused to change things up and he was tactically found out in the end. I believe had he stayed on we wouldn't have won 8.

Was a bit worried when a read him say the squad didn’t need any signings a realise the current situation will have changed clubs money and signing targets but think we should be looking to improve every window.

{Ed007's Note - While we've got Lawwell playing DOF and a nodding dog yes man who would have been working for Sly if Lawwell didn't go for the cheap option as manager it'll be a gamble whether we improve or not and in the CL qualifiers.
As for the squad not needing any signings - who's our No.1 and even No.2 'keepers with Forster's loan & Craig Gordon's contract both expiring?
We need a GK and at least one LB and RB. If we're going to continue playing 3-5-2 we'll need to bring in two CBs to add some depth in there which will allow us to get rid of Simunovic and Elhamed and that's IF Ajer stays.
In midfield Brown is another year older, McGregor & Ntcham might be for the off and Rogic is in the same unreliable bracket as Bolingoli, Simunovic and Elhamed.
Up front even if Eddy stays we need to make a decision on Klimala and depending on that we'll need 1 or 2 strikers brought in if we are going to play 2 up top.}

Yep it’s a huge window for us with going for 10 and trying to qualify for the champions league can’t argue with any of that but here’s hoping we can make some quality signings.
