I can see why some people question NL as a great manager.
He finds it almost impossible to change either tactics or personnel
He constantly picks his favourites and sticks to two setup no matter what.
He only makes changes to either when forced by defeats or injuries.
I was really hoping that he would play new players today, It was the ideal oppertunity to rest players and offer something new.
my team today would have beeen
Bain Elhamend Simunovic Bitton
Frimpong Soro Christie Bolingoli
Rogic Griffiths and Bayo

That would have surprised the opposition and give our first chioce a break before next week

He could have filled the bench with players like Welsh Church Mcinroy Robertson Dembele Oko Flex and Kilmala

These players should at Celtic park have too much for St Mirren otherwise why did we pay good money for them.

Jonace. Lennon done great calm down. Now you are judging him on what he's not done anything wrong except win a cup top of leahue and we could win the league as for the rangers game don't care about the result as long as we win the league.
No dramatic changes till mathematics step in. As usual some Celtic fans never happy he's not done much wrong we are winning aren't we just look at the great unwashed that could be us all that matter is we win the league then try the new guys.

I see what you]re saying about resting players, but I think with a 13 point lead, NL sees this as a great opportunity to go sixteen clear - if only for a day - and put additional pressure on an already fragile and fractured Sevco. If the chasm - sorry gap - had been closer, going to Govan next week, he probably would have rested a few.
Today we resume the Griff and Eddy partnership and if we manage to build up a wee lead, there will be substitutions as a precaution.

We win by 5 and still there is something wrong with the the manager’s selection. He is putting the league beyond doubt, taking no chances given that we have a round of 5 matches after the split against the best in the league. Consistancy on the pitch and widen the gap to the second place team is what counts. I believe if you think the manager is doing something wrong then really you should see a shrink and determine if you are a Celtic supporter of not, maybe consult a genealogist and see if there is some blue blood in your line, then you can move on and leave Celtic alone.
