How do you work that out Duff?, if he gets paid off, (why does everyone want rid of Scott?, ) , he would presumably be getting what he is owed for the rest of his contract, so instead of getting 30G a month he will be getting it in a lump sum, so has no effect on reducing the wage bill, I would think.

Sinclair is on £30k a week, not a month, that's why Celtic want him out.

I wouldn't think our wage bill has dropped that much to be honest.

It’s got to have dropped a good bit Kev Surely wee haves shaved at least four mill a year off it? Tierney benko Boyata lustig Burke weah all must have been collecting a pretty buck a don’t wreckon elmahamad will be on lustigs muney or boli on kts.

{Ed007's Note - Rodgers and his team plus Compper's wages will have taken a fair whack off it too. Compper's wages alone will easily cover 2 (maybe Forster & Julien), or even 3, of the new signings wages. Will Bolingoli and Taylor together be earning the same as KT was and the same with Elhamed and the percentage of Bauer's wages we're paying compared to Lustig's?
We've got rid of a lot of high earners but more importantly we've got rid of a lot of players who were lifting a wage for hee-haw. Compper I've already mentioned but add in de Vries, Scott Allan, Gamboa, Mulumbu and Izzy and I'd be surprised if the wage bill hasn't decreased and as I expect Sinclair and Gordon, another two high earners, to be moved on in January that will be another chunk off it.
The HUGE difference for me is that we've replaced players that have left who were adding nothing with players that will actually play games.}

I'd still think the wage bill will be over 50 million a year. Maybe closer to 55 million.
