daviebhoy
whats wrong with you.
what makes you think many celtic fans did not want lennon, guessing you read to much crap papers who constantly big them up and the stupid rumours about izzy etc, i for one wanted lennon.
his record is pretty great at celtic i did not want him to leave, at least when lennon left it was at the end of the season and just won the league.
how are we being screwed over did we just become bad since rodgers left no we did not we actualy look better and attacking better and breaking teams down.
also lenny dud rodgers job for him finnished what he had no guts to do.
as for the dark side never heard of any of there new players and the new players have no experience in scottish football. its a tough league teams defend need to to break them down under rodjers we could not do this with his style of [lay we lost so many point last season because of this. imo lenny will sort this.
its early days yet but great start oh ye and the team are jelling which is paramount.

Well Said My Bhoy, there's a lot of righteous folk on here who seem to think that he man has no record, he has an outstanding record both as player and manager for this Club, long Mayhe continue, to the10 and further. A few weeks ago to say anything positive on here about Lenny nearly meant you risked getting shot to pieces or barred. Lenny is the Man.

I didn't want Lennon and more fans I spoke to than not agreed. He was a poor choice in my opinion but he's here now and gets my full support.

Lennon wasn’t my first choice, I loved him as a player and previous as a manager.
He’s the boss and I’m behind him all the way.
For the record I was a fan of Ronnie D as well. Bring him back for the sports science / development and keep Lennon for the thunder.

I remember someone on here, I don’t want to embarrass him by naming him, was remarking how Kilmarnock could go and employ a proper experienced and renown Manager, compared to what our Board gave us . Early days but N L seems to be getting most decisions right and Kilmarnock fell to a wee Welsh side in Europe which was embarrassing for Scottish Football.

I would agree that my initial reaction to NL was not inspired. However upon reflection "how did I feel the first time he was appointed" very happy. I was unhappy when he left. So why was I unhappy this time? Upon reflection I am now very happy Lenny has been given the role. I think we have an older wiser more experienced manager now. He left looking for bigger things and experienced being at smaller lesser clubs and has now returned and will know how to deal with the issues that he previously left for in a different way. He knows the board and how they operate, he knows the club the fans and what winning means to us all. His win ration as a manager is very very good, his teams play attacking football, he has European experience. He knows how to change games tactically and isn't frightened to mix it up or make strong decisions. Neil has come to the club again at just the right time. There is noone else currently around that the fans and the board can trust to deliver the history by sticking around and won't leave us in the lurch during this pivotal time in our history. I for one don't care to admit that I was wrong and Neil Frances Lennon is the man to deliver us what we all crave and for it to be him will just be all the sweeter as it will send the zombies into meltdown. Hail Hail.
