Hope your right. Could do worse. I think Lenny will get it though. Just hope its not Moyes. Just don't think Moyes is right for us. Houghton is liked and respected. Plenty of contacts too i imagine.

Just another no chance name. Eds what do use think with names being blasted out hear there and everywhere. At one point it was possibly down to Clarke and Lennon. So now is it Lennons when it is named?

Rich who actually said I was down to Lennon and Clarke. To be honest none of us know that for sure.

Hughton really isn't a no chance name.

Who it will be, who it won't be, who it might be.

Roll on Saturday.

It was an opinion from someone I forget who I was just looking for some insight from the Eds if they have any.

To me all the signs are pointing at Lenny as our next manager. If he is then he'll have my 100% unwavering support. I'd rather we went for a big name but remember that would eat up a lot of our available cash. He is Celtic to the core even if some fans don't want him and if his appointment means we'll get some serious investment in the playing squad then I'll be OK with that. HH.

Chris Hughton does not impress me at all and it worries me that we would reduce our ambitions from a manager brought in 2015, that challenged for the EPL to one that has frequently flirted with relegation and been sacked more times than not.

BobTheCat there's no way it will be Lennon. Board won't risk it.

Didn't we get £8.5m or something for the snake? Surely that's enough to cover a top managers wage for the next 2-3 years. There's plenty in the bank to fund new players while moving on players that are surplus.

Why Hughton? I’d take Kennon before him as Lennon had proved in the past he can build a team to win leagues and do ok in Europe, Hughton on the other hand has been sacked from every job he’s been in.

The cash is there from Leicester Bob there is no reason why we shouldn't use the lot to attract the best.

Rafa’s name is not going away even with reports from Newcastle reporting new deal close. sky bet have him at 5/ 2 and Moyes 7/4? if Celtic have been looking they’ve done really well to keep quiet.

I think you could count on one hand the number of managers in EPL that HAVEN'T been sacked!
