Scott Bain offered less than 50% of his current salary at Aberdeen and has turned down the move.

Bain currently on roughly 8k a week at Celtic was willing to take a wage cut but not to the extent Aberdeen we're offering.

Ange wasn't happy that Souza was delaying his decision on the move to see what else was out there (Move to Holland or Turkey) and therefore has told recruitment team to move on, this would explain the Alfa Semedo links.

Don't blame Bain, I'd offer him cash to sweeten the deal, best for all parties he moves on.

I’d pay Bain £2k of his Salary and the Dons £4K surely £6/ 8k is suitable for all parties.
