Hi ed, could you settle an argument about young dembele, has Celtic offered him a contract?

{Ed002's Note - If it is a player Celtic are selling then they get the transfer fee. If it is a player who Celtic had as a youngster being sold on by another club, then they get compensation for the time he spent being developed by the club.}

Wee Dembele clearly isn't part of Ange's plans. If he was then he'd have been signed up before now.
Even though he's small (but then so is Messi and it hasn't harmed his development) the laddie has talent but it appears there are other issues (perhaps his character, his attitude or something else) that remain unresolved.
He is showing a lot of the tell-tale signs of becoming another Islam Feruz if he's not careful. HH.
