Supposedly the Howe Deal was dead weeks ago and Celtic is now in advanced talks with Lucian Favre who in my opinion is a far more superior candidate for the role. I understand fans anger but if you look into Favre (hopefully true) you will see how good the guy is. I'm actually surprised we can get him to Scotland but if it's true I'd be over the moon. HH.

I hope you’re correct Mikey. Farce is an excellent candidate. My question would be though if the deal was dead weeks ago, why have we waited so long to progress with Farve. It’s a rhetorical question mate, I’m not looking for an answer.

I think Howe has just been a big smokescreen, Yes I would've liked Howe but if it's True about Favre then that's even better. If anyone on this forum had a choice between the two 99% would pick Favre and rightly so. Like I've said I understand the fans reaction but if you sit back and look at the situation and if true Farve will be announced soon we are in business with this guy as he is one of the best around. HH.

Favre would do for me just a mess all around though IF the deal for Howe is dead. And IF it's because he couldn't assemble his back room team then that should have been sought long ago make sure everything and everyone was in place. Total disaster from a club and board point of view. Another reason a lot of that board should move over because it looks like they don't have a clue. As for Howe I am disappointed in him he could have and should have sounded out the people he wanted for his back room staff. Before stringing Celtic along.

It will be interesting now if Howe gets another job, will he get the Bournemouth staff? Or will it be a deal breaker like it was for us . Will it ultimately mean we didn’t want to pay for his staff and sports scientists?
