There is a report suggesting that Dembele has another year left on his contract in stead of it being up this summer can anyone shed a light on this if true or not.

If that's the case Rich it sounds like it may be X amount of years contract plus an option to extend by a further year.

I may be wrong but in such a case it's either the Club alone or both parties needed to trigger this extension.

30 Jun 2022 KDs contract runs out. I think Okoflex is this year, an I would like to get him signed again if possible. KD should get the last 3 games along with Oko in my opinion. A Left Winger and Right Winger why oh why would we do that.

Should be a no brainer to give young Dembelle and others a chance. How much worse do they think it coukd get! We woukd at least hooefully hardened to see the future impress. The only problem is Mr Cautious Kennedy, feart to change things, even all is lost and our only hope is to see if the young team can step up. Who in the team could argue or feel let down getting dropped, when they have let us down from the off. Play them Kennedy, get off your knees and who knows we might take a team on for a feckin change.

Well if dembele is here next season as it is reported the he should play the remain games to give him a chance.

I’m surprised Dembele has another year left of his contract because I thought 16 year olds were only allowed to sign a maximum 2 year deal until they turned 18.

If 1 positive is to be found after this rubbishshow of a season then surely it’s that these next 3 games we have nothing to lose, well ok we might prioritise next 1 against that mob to end their unbeaten run but the other 2 are free hits where young players need to start the games not get 10-15 mins let them actually get a minimum hour under their belts for experience and a taste to motivate them going forward.
Welsh has let nobody down when he got chance and the like of Okofkex and Dembele could be useful additions to squad but we need to know so throw them in!
