Apparently a big reason we re losing all our young talent is that our ex-head of Scouting David Moss is now an agent

He was involved in Hepburn and Morrison moving to Bayern.

Ryancelt I think youth players at club feel like they hit a brick wall at our club trying to progress in recent years. I've no doubt in my mind that there is players in our youth set up who would of done a far better jobs than some players in first team this season.

My honest opinion is, it’s the game up here, it’s brutal. Some of the tackles that go unpunished are shocking. If my boy had any talent I’d be telling him to get out of Scotland first chance he had.
