Hi Ed, You may have cleared this up previously but is there substance to the whole Ajer wanting his agent to get him a transfer away? Or is it the usual speculation from our top stars at this time of year?

{Ed007's Note - I don't know what Ajer's told his agent and everything's up in the air throughout football just now but there will be plenty of interest in Ajer when the transfer window does open and it'll be serious numbers that could definitely turn his head. As usual it'll come down to what the player wants to do.}

Cheers Ed it just seems like one of them rumours that isn't going away. If the fee being mentioned for him is true I can't see the club refusing it during this current situation. I'd much rather we sell Ajer if it meant not cashing in on Eoauard for another season.

{Ed007's Note - Before all this lockdown stuff I'd have said it would have been extremely difficult to keep a hold of Ajer, McGregor and Edouard this summer but nobody knows what's going to happen in the coming months imo.}

The football fans I knocked around with in Norway when I lived there reckoned it was pretty well understood that Ajer fancied a crack at the Premier League in Engerland. That was 8 months ago or so, right enough.

If he wants to go, he wants to go. If his agent has been talking to interested clubs then I'm sure club will have a list of replacements. Any deal should be on the basis any interested club signs bolingoli as well lol.

Personally think his development stalled this year. If its big money being offered for him I say sell.

Hopefully they can do the 10 before moving on. Three tough players to replace but the club should be looking at around £75m for them. Brown will likely be hanging up his boots too so the squad will need a total rebuild.

Maybe he's realised that Bubs and that's why he's looking to move now while there's still big clubs interested in him. Definitely agree his best football was under Rodgers.
