Seen a rumour that we are monitoring Greg Taylor. I havnt seen much of him but I have heard he has potential and thought of highly at kilmarnock. What are peoples thoughts regarding this?

Potential? When are we going to realise we need quality £7-8m players from a cheaper league. Aren’t we sick of projects? If this is Scrooge going cheap again he can truly go feck himself. Boli is a nightmare made flesh. Get the money spent on a quality two LB’s and give Boli back. I hope we kept the receipt.

Taylor is a talented lad who plays well now and has a massive future if he can get a break. Celtic could well be that opportunity. HH.

We seem to bring in plenty of these 'future projects' but we rarely see them making the breakthrough and establishing themselves.
Yes, we have had great success with our own academy, but far too many of these imports end up being discarded or forgotten.

This is a funny one for me, Usually positive but we have plenty cover at LB Calvin Miller, Johnny Hayes can do a job there, Don't see us paying £3million for a LB in Boli and him not being the first choice, Young Luca can play there and am not happy at letting Guttman go back to USA knowing KT was leaving as he was probably the biggest highlight for me pre-season

We need a top dollar RB and if Sinky leaves a bit of decency up front on the left but in all honestly where do you think they are going to spend? We are bloated positional wise but we need Quality now really first picks to come into the team but stop stock piling players that are much of a muchness (Y)

Calvin and Hayes are not good enough. We need another LB and RB.

But I'd be happy at moment to have Elhamed as our 1st choice right back as he looks a bargain.

Yes Jamiebhoy, we have been very guilty over the years of stockpiling similar players then sending them out on loan and more often than not they leave without ever having a chance to play regularly. It doesn't do us any good and it doesn't help them in their careers either. We need to bring in proven players who can walk straight into the team and if we have to pay a few quid for them then so be it. We're paying the price for having too many players who aren't in the first team because their wages stop us from going and getting who we need. HH.

Tbh wasn’t sure of the fullbacks as hadn’t heard of them and yes it’s early days but what strikes me most is Elhamed actually looks like a fullback his positioning looks natural to him whereas Boli looks like he’s never played flthe position.

That is right Wb76 Boli started out as a winger and developed more into a wing back in a 5

Not a natural LB, but we don't fork out £3million in every time (Y)

Welsh that's because he's actually played on the right hand side between winger and right back more that he's played CB.

Jamie could be that boli has been bought to play the wing back more than standard left back?

I think that is the case Kev he was superb at that at his last club
His manager said it messed up his plans for the whole season selling Boli because they needed him for that set up 👍.
