New poster guys. Just want to have my wee bit on KT. earlier post today implied that the reason there is this speculation is that Everton may have triggered a release clause. If that is true then we have to deal with it. Hope it's all rubbish as I think the bhoy is worth double that. Couldn't blame him though. big bucks!

Doesn't the release clause rely on the player wanting to leave? . i don't know myself so am asking?

It just means the club has permission to speak to the player. By no means would KT need to sign a contract with any club the met the figure.

I think the clause on his new contract is 50m. Again tho, nobody really knows. But 50m is a good place to start lol.

{Ed007's Note - I really do know for definite and it isn't. There hasn't even been any speculation that KT has any release clause and it all came from people's failure to read what's actually been written

www.thecelticstar.com/everton-tottenham-stunned-tierneys-50million-release-clause/

That's where the story originated and how anyone can read that and think they're revealing anything is astonishing.}

All I know is that Everton must have sent money to South Africa to save tax . It seems Everton are now experiencing similar problems as honest Dave King from Rangers 2012 Dave can't get a wee bit of his vast money pile out of Africa to satisfy TOP, whilst Everton can't even get a letter of intent to Celtic. I would have thought a half a day but this one re Tierney has taken a week and is still on going.
