Villa have reportedly knocked back another bid from Celtic for Sinclair as the least they want is 3mil supposedly but Celtic offered just shy of that.

Depends, if it's the Sinclair of Swansea then yeah, he was quick and could score.

If it's been the guy who went to Man City and then onto Villa then no, probably not worth it.

Rodgers got the best out of him at Swansea though, so, make of that as you wish.
