Been fit all season and has trained and played use games so general fitness won't be a big issue. Match fitness might take a few weeks but I bet now he is quicker than Duffy! And he is streets ahead of Ajer, Bitton and Julien at defending his own box. If only 6 month deal no point, but option to buy then all day long for me.

Benkovic picked up a hip injury in August and he was out for 6 games for Leicester.
He was then transferred to Cardiff and was on the bench for his first 2 games,
Before Benkovic could kick a ball for Cardiff, he picked up another unnamed injury which kept Benkovic out for another 5 games.
He eventually kicked his first ball for Cardiff on December 29th before being recalled by Leicester due to a lack of game time.
