Well done to every fan of every club who attended the demo in George square today. The most pleasing thing for me, and a Police officer I was talking to agreed, was the varying ages of the demonstrators. Good speakers and great points all conducted in the right manner. See Alex, not all of us are trouble makers! Credit due to the fans of other clubs as well, this is an issue people are starting to understand is not only Celtic related.

On the game, overall we played well. I don't know if Lenny has found a position that suits Stokes but he played really well today. Good link up and clever running, he was due a goal. Pass marks all round for me, but special mention, again, for Ledley. If Joe wants to stay let's get him signed Lenny, he is starting to look like becoming a Celtic great. Does the dirty work, always looks to keep it moving and puts his foot in for ninety minutes. Some really slick passing at times and we played with a good tempo as well. Fair play to Hibs as well I thought they themselves played okay. The fact that they tried to keep playing augers well for them.

One last thing. I know it was something of a cameo, but I am more and more impressed with Rogic every time I see him. He seems to have a fantastic first touch and a real eye for opening a game up. I expect huge things from this boy. All in all a good day at the office. Even Efie never made a mistake!. green jhedi

Good to see he's making an impression. The boy is a star, and I hope he gets more game time after the split, it can only help.

Can't agree about the game at all. Slick passing, where? All Charlie wanted to do was go around in circles. I thought Hibs were woeful and that Wanyama and Claros were having a competition to see how many times they could pass to the other team.

Agree2 Disagree0

Can't agree? You must have been at different game for me, thought some of our football was great, Charlie ain't a mid fielder but came into the game a bit later on, I think all got pass mark's yesterdaybut it just show's how some supporter's see thing's differently.

Non agreeing post (2) Where you there? there were plenty of good passages of play, lots of good possession and controlled passing. You don't think Commons' goal was a well worked goal? Or even his first? Yes I do agree about Charlie though, I think he has been due a rest for weeks, but on the whole I thought we played well. green jhedi

Agree1 Disagree0

There were a few nice passes, but not enough. Thought the game was very pedestrian at times. We didn't have a lot if shots or crosses bombarding the Hibs goal, who in turn, never got near Fraser.

Agree0 Disagree1

If hibs "who in turn" "never got near fraser" then celtic done the right thing and played well, So nameless poster pee off you weren't at the game,. ,. kbarry

Agree0 Disagree0

How do you know I wasn't at the game? Please answer this question, name a Hibs player who was any support to Leigh Griffiths? Can't Agree.

hi can you tell me when split fixtures are announced and does anyone think we will get a home game first to maybe clinch title in front of our own fans rickbhoy

Monday bud

Fixtures done on Monday, hopefully a home game first but with the dire set up we're in, wouldn't be surprised if we're away first as I think we still have 3 away games to play, could be wrong? They would have been happy for us to win it today relying on an another result! Do the right thing.

I think it will be Motherwell away first game after the split. We always play one team at least 3 times away from home and i've just got a suspicion it will be them. We'll see!

See you at Ross County. Or am I a cynic?. green jhedi

Surely common sense should prevail when the remaining fixtures are announced on monday its got to be Celtic v Motherwell first game after split, it will give both sets of fans a little excitement, us going for the title and Motherwell with the chance to keep it going, but i'll guarantee we'll be sent to Ross county or the likes on the sunday. Nice result . started cagey. Commons Ledley and Stokes all had good shifts . would offer Mc Court a long term contract

Zat you paddy?

Agree0 Disagree0

Paddy, get off the website.

Really though, if Paddy gets anything other than a contract to work behind the refreshment counter, ill be gutted. He's a waste of a sub spot.

Cameroon defender Allan Nyom's situation is being monitored with a fee of around £1.5m being asked for him by Udinese

Believable7 Unbelievable5

He is a right full back now unless either matthews or lustig is getting sold then I can't see it. Noel

I have always thought he would be a target for the club. Has not actually been playing for udinese at all - has been in Spain for 2 or 3 years on loan. He fits exactly what we are looking for - versatile - can play across the back - and a decent athlete, also still quite young. I had him on my hit list of 4 or 5 guys - and am not in the slightest surprised we are looking at him. Celtic are big admirers of Udinese, and are sure to look at players who have been picked up by them, but don't figure in their plans for Serie A. I would be delighted if he comes on board. Jean-Pierre Laguerre

Agree0 Disagree0

Udinese basicaly finance and provide the players for watford and granada as well as their own team in serie a! This is not a model celtic can come close to matching. Scouting and player recruitment maybe. Noel
