As i said cb that it was a pitty he didnt score the day super hooper, get him on a long term deal with a buy out clause of £15 -20mill, just to chase protential buyers,stef1967

Nobody is immense in scottish fitba ffs,get a hold of yourself,its the worst league in europe now,these players have to produce in good leagues to be described as immense,why do you think broons hiding up here?

I was reading earlier posts about player of the year for me its been Brown true not best player but our season didnt get started till he came back into the team his drive and energy has been for me the reason why everyone else has stepped up and put us top where we belong

I agree with your point mate, I'm sat watching the game as I type and broony has been outstanding, i questioned the starting line-up today with regards Sammy ahead of Stokes but NL has been vindicated, there hasn't been a bad performance from any member of the team today. Commons looks short of fitness but that will come in time. Special mention for Rogne.... outstanding performance from the lad..... Keep it up lads!

Hi ed great site. Can i just ask who you think has been the player of the year so far? For me it has to be either big Forster or James Forrest. {Ed007's Note - Thanks mate. I'd go for Forster or Brown (I'm a big fan and look at the difference to the team when he is in it.}

Couldn't agree more. Browny has been immense and it was the same last season also. ALL Celtic fans should see that.

Even wilson at centre back looked good most of the time and he is fairly pacey for a central defender. think we will blow rangers away in he coming weeks.

I've always thought Broonie was our driving force. He may not be our most skilful player but he gets in the faces of opponents, unsettles them with his non-stop shouting and banter and doesn't let his own team mates forget they're wearing the greatest shirt of all. We missed him terribly when he was out and while some people will criticise his own level of play I don't think anyone can question his overall contribution to every game.

Yes Broonie's energy and drive, even on the right, has been immense.

Not been on in a while but thought ad throw this name in the ring - Charlie Mulgrew for me guys, been consistent all season regardless of where he's been played and for me has been a standout.

The team has been playin better since wanyama broke in 2 the team not 100% sure but i dont fink we have lost a game hes started.james forrest 4 young player of the year charlie mulgrew or broonie player of the year

I think Ledley has been an unsung hero, been superb in the middle on the flanks and even at left back
