A wouldnt post alot of jobby on here but this is genuine question/rumour, anyone heard about Lennon thinking of stepping down ? Heard it in failtè on st Vincent st ?

No point in going down this route. To appoint a Rodgers, McLaren type figure then its will be a case of "give them time and allow them to develop their own side". No! Lennon is doing just that. If he is to go then it must be an impact coach in the mould of O'Neil or Hiddink who will take nine points off this Rangers team without question. These other guys will not make such an impact and if such an appointment is Tony Mowbray esque then the fans once again are being sold down the swanny.

Its a Win Jansen type...bang job done. 1 excellent signing and stopping the rut !

The manager needs the players that are good enough to win games, you simply don't have them.

Why not try and get o'neill back or wait for it slaven bilic. Any thoughts plz reply coz Lennon I do like but his decision making is s**te.

I really think he needs an experienced man in as either his equal or as his boss. Maybe Martin would do it for a few years. Lennon needs to learn from his mistakes or he'll be gone. I like lenny a lot but we need to do better and if he cant do it the billic would be ideal.

Everyone screaming for Lennons head why. Now I never wanted him as manager I wanted Bilic from the start. However we have Lennon and everyone loved him now they want his head. Look over at the dark side and only the other week they were screaming for fat sally's head out of 3 cups and all that. Look at them now. Get behind Lennon and the Team and drive them on.

That was smeltic fans calling for Ally's head. You get behind the team and go to a game for a change.

So all those posts calling for sallys head was celtic fans ok if you say so I remember laughing at your lot screaming for his head. I am 100% behind my team and go to every home game so how you came to the conclusion that I dont go to games is a strange one to me.

I would go for bilic he is a great manager and said he would walk to Glasgow to manage Celtic

Bilic has to be the man if Lennon is replaced not only an excellant manager but also must have a wealth of untapped players.

Curbishley isn't the answer. You're championing a guy who isn't exactly known for his attacking play! At least Mowbray wanted to play football - even though he was clearly incapable of actually managing the team to do it. It seems someone mentions a name and people just jump on the bandwagon. That said, It's clear Lennon can't pick the right side, can't make the right substitutions, and can't see past guys like Hooper (no matter how bad a game they are having). He constantly sends Paddy on to save a game with mere minutes remaining. That's hardly fair. If he considers him capable of saving a 2-0 defeat in 10 minutes, then why isn't he playing from the start?! and dont get me started on Forster.....

If billic came (think he would still be intrested in the job using it as a stepping stone of EPL) then he would run rangers out of town, only problem is Croatia (who he manages just now) are or just about into the euro 2012 championship so might not come just yet?

Would be fantastic if billic & Lennon worked together ? I know hes on the dark side but he would get people like jellyfish in the door ?

Most celtic fans could not care who the manager of rangers is as for celtic fans calling for ally to go we dont care whether he goes or stays or if he eats that much he bursts open. Asfor celtic fans going to games we go anyone can see that week in week out not like you ot fairweather supporters pot kettle i think.

As for you gloating enjoy yourself while you can cause mark my words what goes around comes around.

Have your green tinted glasses fell off now that you see his decision making is poor, tactical naivety is there for all to see and has lost the dressing room!
