ave heard a rumour celtic kept a loan signing quiet and personal terms and paperwork in final stages atm all i know is the player is from EPL, also the Europa League decision friday at 4pm so james mc fadden is staying in scotland to find out whats happening and if celtic get re-instated mc fadden will have had medical done early on friday and if celtic get in Europa he will sign the paperwork before 5pm deadline. what do people think?

Mate we got 2 players in, there wasn't a 3rd. Let it go and get on with it.

The james mcfadden from a good source (cant be named) and the loan was a rumour i heard about 5or6 times since 11pm.

Mcfadden is desperate to join Celtic his whole family is Celtic daft,maybe if he can prove his fitness and accept a pay as u play deal at 1st it would suit both him and the player. There were 3 deals offered to big sammy. Late one from Blackburn. He turned down all 3. He is prepared to sit the contract out and collect the money.

Think theres more to it than that. He would earn more at the 3 other teams, especially blackburn. This confirms to me that the boy is deranged and geniunely believes he can win place back. Rasmussen is far better

I think he said he wanted to be at a club challenging for silverware not mid table or lower, explains the EPL knockbacks...tho i heard rennes are french champs? so who knows...it seems he is a strange lad

It used to be midnight but the sfa had it changed to 11pm like in England so the last hour can be used for paperwork.

Its midnight the scottish window shuts! 1 million per cent!

Just got off the phone to my friend who works in the office at Scotsman newspaper and has links in the sfa and agents said it shuts at midnight only scottish window !! Celtic have secured the loan signing of Moroccan left-back Badr El Khaddouri from Dinamo Kiev.

The 30-year old defender has agreed a short-term move until January, providing cover for the injured Emilio Izaguirre. Celtic have an option to sign the player permanently at the end of the loan period.

El Kaddouri is a 30-year-old Morrocan international, who has 40 caps for his country and represented them during the 2004 Olympics.

After starting his career in his homeland with Wydad Casablanca, El Kaddouri moved to Dynamo Kiev in 2002. He has since played almost 150 games for the Ukrainian side, scoring three goals and providing 11 assists.

Great short term move, he has great pedigree and will do well for us in Europa League, if we get there :-)
