Paper talk this morning that Celtic in talks to sign big Fraser on a PERMANENT deal, this would be great news if true but I would imagine, even if Southampton lower their asking price we are still talking £6m and then hope the big guy will accept our wage structure probably highest we could offer would be £30k weekly.

Every football club in the world is strapped for cash at the moment, otherwise Ryan Fraser would have signed for a PL side
Southampton more than most need cash as the owners are desparate to sell.
We have a good enough squad to win the first two rounds of the CL and the games at the start of the SPL remember the old firm game is unlikely to be early.
Therefore we should hold out as long as possible for FF if he really wants to return permently.
The money we saved from the players released could have ammounted to £1 million whist with southampton paying FF wages until the beginning of Sept. could be nearly £650,000.

I think we seriously need to start getting active in the transfer window. this season is a big one and we need really good quality to add to the squad especially now we have lost 3 at the back.

Regarding juve/ Arthur, that's just a Dodge on the ffp for Barcelona n prob them. Barcelona sell Arthur for £72M ( the accounts will see that as income) but they buy pjanic (from juve) for £60M but the accounts will show that as spread across a good few season, which will then allow them to buy more this season and stay within FFP rules.
