I've heard Vieira been mentioned and with Edouard making a post on social media claiming "he can't wait for the fans to be back" may stay if Patrick comes in.

Ange Postecoglou Sky Bet favourite and currently manages or did in the Japanese league and a former Australian head coach has a good winning background also knowing the Asian market very well and with our board been money men they could benefit with taking the manager in and some hidden gems from Asia who'll also sell shirts in that region.

English pundits are saying Howe didn't like the player transfer/ recruitment put towards him.
Scottish media saying it's his back room staff that didn't want to come to Glasgow.

At the end of the day us fans deserve answer and better treatment from the club as we are the ones who line their pockets, I don't think Dom MacKay is aware of the mess he got himself into and our fans will point the finger at him if things continue in this manner but it looks like it's further up the line the problems are coming from.

Club will get hit hard again this season if they don't make a move the fans will appreciate and it'll have to be a good one after so many let downs in one season. Letting our bitter rivals leapfrog us like they have after been so far clear is outrageous.

Just a thought. With what's went on recently. If I was a 40 something manager from England financially well off and could take a pick of many clubs Celtic should be one of them. But with what's went on in the last few weeks riots fair enough that was the so called other half but petrol bombs and life being put at risk I know I'd have a job getting my Mrs up to lala land 😀.

Dave16 could work out well with Harkin set to come in from Man City and Ange coming in from Yokohama who are owned by the “City Group” who are also involved in Man City. Maybe with a bit of luck the “City Group” may buy Celtic to 😂
I know nothing about this guy but he’s done things with everything club he managed at least that’s a wee positive. Plus Harkin was the transfer guru at City and they’ve got a unbelievable amount of young talent out on loan to clubs and just makes our relationship stronger with them.

When will people get into their heads that nowadays Celtic isn’t some big job that managers will jump at? Iam not too fussed about Eddie Howe situation either I think it will be a blessing in disguise. The guy didn’t want to come unless he had everything his own way.

67 hail hail have reported what the club says to them howe asked the club for time for Bournemouth season to finish that he would take the job so the club granted him time thinking it would all be done. now howe is saying he can't assemble the backroom staff he wants for up in Scotland and family obligations that's why deal is off. club is advanced talks with another candidate. howe has basically done us over.

If that’s true UI then the Celtic board really aren’t fit for purpose. If there were any indications that a deal for Howe could potentially hit snags we should have hit it on the head and moved onto the next candidate immediately.

Fully agree iceman. How can we put all our eggs in one basket. With all due respect it howe not rafa we were going for. The board have given him far too much say and time in what was happening here. The big fear we all had was what if does happen where do we go. Now any other candidate knows they were second choice at best. This board never seem to learn.
